HOW DO YOU CREATE STITCH FREE TOURS?
We use state of the art digital cameras with a wide-angle
lens for still shots and a 360-degree one-shot lens, to
achieve the finest, stitch free results for our panoramas.

HOW
DOES THE BUILDING PROCESS WORK AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
After out VTF Team takes the photos of the property, we
create the panoramas and put thumbnails (preliminary shots)
of them and the stills onto a sample selection page. See
the inset screen shot to your left. We will email you a
link. You simply choose the ones that you would like to
make up your tour and email
us back the selection.
Remember, the quicker you get
the selection back to us, the faster we can get your tour
up and running.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SELECT MY PICTURES?
We take the pictures and add them to your custom-designed
skin. We upload the tour and send you the link to put on
your website. The tour is now "LIVE."
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY SELECTIONS AFTER THE
TOUR IS UP?
After your tour is uploaded and live on the Internet, you
have 2 business days to review your tour and decide whether
to change your selected panoramas or photographs, at a discounted
rate of $5 each. After that, you will incur a $10 change
charge for each still photograph and $25 for each panorama
changed out. |
CAN I ADD TO THE TOUR LATER?
Yes, we keep the “sample” page so you may
choose more pictures to add later. Additional panoramas
are $25, additional stills are $10 each. If you would

WHAT IS A SKIN AND WHAT DOES A CUSTOM-DESIGNED
SKIN MEAN TO ME?
A skin is the background image and components that house
and make your tour work. Below are examples of skins we
have built for clients. We create them to mirror the company’s
website with the same color scheme, logos and design style.
In your skin design package, we also provide you with
a non-branded skin to upload to your MLS server.

the tour is part of your site. We strive to keep the look
as unified and user friendly as possible.
HOW DO I ADD THE TOUR TO MY SITE?
We will send you the link for your tour and we include simple
step-by-step instructions that tells how to add the tour
to your listing database. We are also available for technical
support to answer any questions.
WHERE IS THE TOUR STORED?
We host the tour for you free of charge. This simply means
all the files are stored on our website and you link to
the tour page.
WHY DO YOU HOST THE TOUR AND NOT US?
There are several reasons why we host your tour......

It does not require us to have access
to your site or passwords, therefore it is quicker for
us to get the tour online and "live." |

The tour files would take up storage space on your
website so by us hosting them, it leaves you more room
for other files. |

As the administrators of our site, we are able to

DO YOUR TOURS LOAD SLOWLY ON DIAL-UP INTERNET CONNECTIONS?
The speed of the load is dependent upon the speed of the
Internet connection. We optimize the size of the photographs
to ensure the quickest download possible, while keeping
the quality of the photographs in tact, creating a true
to life tour.
